Wyndham Vale Community Learning Centre

Federal Labor Funding: $2 million

To construct the Wyndham Vale Community Learning Centre which will comprise a full branch library, double kindergarten, double rooms for maternal and child health, a community kitchen, a consulting room and three community rooms.

Design and planning of the Community Learning Centre that will comprise a library, double kindergarten and child health rooms, community kitchen, consulting rooms and three community rooms.

Aviation Road Streetscape, Laverton

Federal Labor Funding: $70,000

Enhancement of the streetscape in Aviation Road, the main commercial street in Laverton including landscaping and tree planting works.

Piazza Construction, Werribee CBD

Federal Labor Funding: $70,000

Construct the first stage of a piazza in the Werribee CBD, commerce and strip shopping precinct.

Recycled Water Main, Point Cook

Federal Labor Funding: $60,000

Planning, design and construction of the recycled water pipeline to service sporting facilities in the Point Cook area.

Featherbrook Community Centre

Federal Labor Funding: $701,000

Construction of a community centre at Boardwalk, Point Cook, Victoria for the benefit of the Point Cook community. The works will include three community rooms (area no less than 250 square metres); a kitchen (area no less than 25 square metres); concrete floor and finishing; internal metal steel walls lined with plasterboard on both sides, plasterboard ceiling, and associated fixed kitchen facilities.
